How do I compare prices fairly?
Look at the cost per lesson, not only the monthly fee. Divide the monthly fee by the number of lessons. Then check that the lesson length, the teacher and the trial are the same. A low monthly price can mean fewer or shorter lessons.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. We offer a free 3 day trial. You meet your teacher, we check the student’s level, and we suggest a plan. There is no pressure to continue.
Do you offer a family or sibling discount?
Yes. Families with two or more children get 10% off each additional child.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause or cancel any time with 7 days notice before your next billing date. There is no long term contract.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first paid class and we will refund that month’s fee. After that, you only pay for classes you attended.
How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card through a secure online payment page.
Are there any extra fees?
No. There is no sign up fee and no hidden charge. The price you see in the table is the price you pay.
Which course should I pick?
